Perlindungan hukum bagi anak korban kekerasan seksual di Indonesia masih merupakan perlindungan hukum yang bersifat “in abstractoâ€, artinya perlindungan hukum semata-mata merupakan perlindungan yang tidak langsung. Hal ini karena pengaturan sanksi hanya difokuskan pada pelaku dan tidak tertuju pada perlindungan korban kekerasan seksual, sehingga korban akan tetap pada posisinya sebagai pihak yang dirugikan.Kata kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Korban kekerasan seksual.
