Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan burnout pada pesawat. Hipotesis yang di ajukan adalah : 1) burnout berkolerasi dengan efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial; 2) efikasi diri berkolerasi negatif dengan burnout, semakin rendah efikasi diri, maka semakin tinggi burnout; 3) dukungan sosial berkolerasi negatif dengan burnout, semakin tinggi dukungan sosial, maka akan semakin rendah burnout.
