PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN, KOMPOSISI DEWAN KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) TAHUN 2019-2021

This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure, the composition ofthe board of commissioners, for financial performance in banking companies listed on theIndonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This study uses a sample of 38 bankingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021 with a total of 114 datacollected. The independent variabel in this study is concertrated ownership structure, thecomposition of the board of commissionares, while the dependent variabel is the financialperformance. The data analysis methode used in this study is multiple linier regression totest the effect of the independen variable on the dependent variable.The results of thisstudy indicate that the concertrated ownership structure have a positive and significanteffect on financial performance, while the composition of the board of commissioners hasa negative and significant effect on financial performance.Keyword : concertrated ownership structure, the composition of the board ofcommissioners, and financial performance.
