PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP LOYALITAS PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KOTA BIMA

📄 Abstract

This research is an associative research that aims to determine the effect of organizationalclimate on employee loyalty at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima. Thisresearch was conducted at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima. Theresearch instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements using aLikert scale measurement. The population used is all employees at the Department ofTransportation of the City of Bima as many as 190 employees. The sampling technique usedpurposive sampling with a sample of 34 civil servants. Data collection techniques used inthis study were observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. The data analysistechnique used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlationcoefficient, coefficient of determination, t test. The results of the study indicate that theorganizational climate has an effect on employee loyalty at the Department of Transportationof the City of Bima. The magnitude of the influence of organizational climate on employeeloyalty at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima is 73.5%.Keywords: Organizational Climate, Employee Loyalty
