PENGARUH FAKTOR GAJI, FASILITAS KERJA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BANK JATIM CABANG MADIUN

📄 Abstract

The development of the national economy has an impact on improving people's welfare.The economic condition of a country is really experiencing an extraordinary battle, socompanies have difficulty predicting. The important thing that employees in the company payattention to is the issue of wages and salaries. The company in running the company has andprovided work facilities to motivate employees in carrying out their work and other demandsthat can improve employee performance are a leadership style that can be a motor andencouragement for employees at work. Employee performance is a must in the company sothat it is easy to carry out its activities to provide services to the general public.The problem is whether the factors of salary, work facilities and leadership stylepartially and simultaneously affect employee performance at Bank Jatim Madiun Branch? Ofthe three factors, namely the salary factor, work facilities and leadership style, which factorhas the most dominant influence on employee performance at Bank Jatim Madiun Branch.This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously the variables of salary, workfacilities, and leadership style on employee performance at Bank Jatim Madiun Branch. Andto find out from the three research variables, namely salary, work facilities, and leadershipstyle, the variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at Bank JatimMadiun Branch.The population in this study were all employees of Bank Jatim Madiun Branch with atotal of 79 people, who had been working at Bank Jatim Madiun Branch. The research samplewas 66 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniqueusing SPSS version 19.0 application which consists of validity test, reliability test, classicalassumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test.The results of multiple regression analysis show that the variables of salary, workfacilities and leadership style have a partial and simultaneous influence on the performanceof company employees at Bank Jatim, Madiun Branch. While the dominant influencingvariable is salary.Keywords: Salary, Work Facilities, Leadership Style and Employee Performance
