📄 Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine (1) To analizy the significance off the effect ofcompensation on the performance of contract employees at the Environmental Service of GroboganRegency, (2) To analizy the significance off the influence of leadership style on the performance ofcontract employees at the Environmental Service of Grobogan Regency, (3) To analizy the effect ofdiscipline in moderating compensate on the performance of contract employees at the EnvironmentalService of Grobogan Regency, (4) To analizy the effect of discipline in moderating the influence ofleadershipstyle on the performance of contract employees at the Environmental Service of GroboganRegency.This research was conducted at the enviromental service of Grobogan Regency. Thepopulation in this study were all contract employees at the Enviromental Service of GroboganRegency with a total 260 people. In this study, the sampels taken 72 people. The object of the researchis compensation, leadership style, compensation moderatod by discipline on employee performanceadan leadership moderated by discipline on employee performance. The results showed thatcompensation had no significant effect on employee perfomance. Meanwhile, leadership styles has asignificant efffect on employee performance. The results also prove that discipline moderatos theinfluence of leadership style on employee performance.Keywords: Compensation, leadership style, discipline and employee performance.
