PENGARUH PENGAWASAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR BADAN PERENCANAAN PENELITIAN, PENGEMBANGAN DAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH (BAPPEDA) KABUPATEN BIMA

the type used is in the associative form, namely the research method that oversees the control of the influence between supervision and work discipline. As for the instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were the total employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency, Bima Regency, a number of 03 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 67 Civil Servants (PNS) in the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Bima Regency. The results showed that it affects the work discipline of employees at the Regional Research, Development and Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Bima Regency. The amount of influence Supervision affects employee work discipline amounted to 26.5%.
