đ Abstract
This study aims to analyze and determine how the influence of capital structure, profitability, and company size on company value at PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk for the period 2016 â 2023. Capital structure is measured by debt to equity ratio (DER), profitability by return on equity (ROE), company size by natural logarithm of total assets, and company value by price to book value (PBV). This study includes associative quantitative research using secondary data taken from the company's quarterly financial statements. The sampling technique in this study uses the saturated sample method. In this study, 32 samples were obtained for 8 years (2016 â 2023). Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 25. The results of the study indicate that partially, capital structure affects company value, profitability affects company value, while company size has a significant negative effect on company value. Furthermore, capital structure, profitability, and firm size simultaneously affect the firm value of PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk during the 2016 â 2023 period.
