Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Demokratik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kedisiplinan sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Jambi Ekspres Televisi

The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of democratic leadership on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at PT Jambi Eskpres Televisi. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jambi Ekspres Televisi, totaling 30 people, with a research sample of 30 people. Data collection used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The research analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis using a structural equation model (SEM), with Smart PLS 4.0 Software (Partial Least Square) as a tool for processing the data. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, democratic leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, democratic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at PT Jambi Ekspres Televisi.
