Pengaruh Modal Usaha, Lokasi Usaha, Harga Jual dan Lama Usaha terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil di Kelurahan Brang Biji

A significant income gap occurred among 65 micro and small business units in Brang Biji Village, Sumbawa District, Sumbawa Regency even though they have similar business characteristics. This study aims to analyze the influence of business capital, business location, selling price, and business duration on the income of micro and small businesses partially and simultaneously. The study used an explanatory quantitative method with 55 samples selected through the Slovin formula and simple random sampling. Data were collected using Likert scale questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The research instruments were valid (r count 0.657-0.944 > r table 0.361) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha 0.805-0.919). The results showed that partially, business capital had a positive and significant effect on revenue (coefficient 0.415; p=0.003), while business location (p=0.055), selling price (p=0.350), and business length (p=0.198) had no significant effect. Simultaneously, the four variables had a significant effect on revenue (F calculated 10.906; p=0.000) with the ability to explain 42.3% of the variation in micro and small business income (Adjusted R²=0.423), while 57.7% were influenced by other factors. Business capital is the most dominant factor in determining income. The implications of the study show that increasing the income of micro and small enterprises requires multi-dimensional interventions including increasing access to capital, structuring strategic trade locations, business management assistance, and ongoing training for micro and small business actors.
