📄 Abstract

This study entitled "Climate Relations Leadership Organizational CommitmentOrganizational Performance And Compensation Of Employees STMIK AMIKOMPurwokerto". Research conducted in 2009 and took place in Purwokerto AMIKOMSTMIK. This type of research is survey research. The population in this study were all employees at Purwokerto AMIKOM STMIK totaling 46 people. The sampling techniquein this study using a Proportional Stratified Random Sampling by strata of employee status results showed that organizational climate, organizational commitment, leadership and compensation has a positive relationship with employee performanceSTMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto.
