Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. BPR Mandri Artha Abadi di Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. BPR Mandri Artha Abadi di Semarang dengan berjumlah 136 orang.
