The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the quality ofteaching, and the quality of service in conjunction with satisfaction andloyalty student of the STIE Totalwin Semarang. Data were obtainedthrough a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural EquationModeling (SEM).
