Penggunaan psikotes dengan TIU 5 dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan dapat membantu mengetahui kompetensi dan kemampuan calon karyawan. Meskipun efektif, penjelasan instruksi yang kurang dapat membuat calon karyawan tidak sepenuhnya memahami. Oleh karena itu, perlunya penjelasan instruksi yang mudah dipahami agar proses rekrutmen berjalan dengan lancar.
