📄 Abstract

Responsibility for patients at the Surakarta Health Facility Security Center (LPFK) in the Medical Check Up service at the Surakarta Central General Hospital (RSUP) includes legal protection for patients which includes confidentiality of medical record data for patients with the obligation of doctors or officers to keep medical secrets which can only be opened in the interests of the patient's health and the interests of law enforcement officials in enforcing the law, as well as at the patient's own request and based on statutory provisions.
