ANALISIS HUKUM PENYIDIKAN TERHADAP PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA

The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the Legal Investigation of Domestic Violence Perpetrators at the Buton Police, and 2) To determine the factors causing domestic violence at the Buton Police.
The method in the study, namely, legal research consisting of normative legal research and empirical legal research, which aims to answer the legal issues faced, so that it can produce new arguments, theories, or concepts as prescriptions in solving the legal problems faced, so that the results obtained contain value.
The results of this study indicate that the investigation process against perpetrators of domestic violence at the Buton Police was in accordance with applicable procedures, while the factors causing domestic violence were due to several factors such as culture, economy and hereditary factors.
