PENERAPAN HUKUM ACARA PENGADILAN ANAK SEBAGAI PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA

This study aims to determine the application of the juvenile court procedural law to children as perpetrators of criminal acts in the Legal Area of the Baubau Police. As well as to find out the factors that influence the application of the juvenile court procedural law against children as perpetrators of crimes in the Legal Area of the Baubau Police.This research is normative and empirical legal research. regarding the Application of Juvenile Court Procedure Law as Criminal Offenders. As well as what factors influence the application of the juvenile court procedural law to children as perpetrators of criminal acts in the Legal Area of the Baubau Police.The results of the study indicate that the application of juvenile court procedural law to children as perpetrators of criminal acts in Baubau City has not been carried out properly. The factors that influence the implementation of criminal procedural law against children who commit crimes in Baubau City are the weak legal substance, the lack of knowledge of law enforcement officers in the field of juvenile justice, the limited facilities and infrastructure for child development and the legal culture of society.Keywords: Juvenile Court, Crime
