Land is a very important aspect in people's lives. To provide legalprotection to land ownership for land owners, they must have proof of landownership called certificate. Since the land ownership is so important in people'slives, any problems related to land, such as land control, ownership, and landusage, are often difficult to resolve. To avoid land problems and improve publicservices to encourage increased investment and provide ease of running businessin Indonesia, the Minister of ATRBPN (Indonesian Land Ministry) set the NationalLand Agency Regulation No. 19 of 2020 about Electronic Land InformationServices.This research is a normative juridical research focused on the problemof Implementing the Regulation of the Minister of ATRBPN about Electronic LandInformation Services at Karanganyar Land Office to improve the land servicebureaucracy reform and to study about problems that occurs in Karanganyar LandOffice in implementing Digital Transformation at their services and how to resolvethe problem.Electronic land information services have been carried out at theKaranganyar Land Office and in carrying out these activities there are still someproblems, including inadequate infrastructure, and land administrative documentssuch as land books, letters of measurement and other documents that have not beencompletely validated.Key words : Electronic land information services, Karanganyar Land Office
