PENEGAKAN HUKUM PIDANA PERATURAN DAERAH NOMOR 2 TAHUN 2022 TENTANG PENANGGULANGAN CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) DI KABUPATEN SRAGEN

The purpose of this research is to study and analyze evaluations andconstraints regarding criminal law enforcement in accordance with RegionalRegulation Number 2 Number 2022 concerning Covid-19 Management in SragenRegency.Background of the Problem Taking into account the spread of CoronaVirus Disease has been designated as a National Non-natural Disaster based onPresidential Decree Number 12 of 2020 concerning the Determination of Non-Natural Disasters Spreading Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) as aNational Disaster. The case of the spread of the Covid-19 virus in Sragen is veryhigh. The Government of Sragen Regency has stipulated Regional RegulationNumber 2 of 2022 concerning the Prevention of Corona Virus Disease 2019 inSragen Regency. So that the public can obey and obey the law enforcement on theapplicable regulations in order to break the chain of the virus.The research method consists of the type of empirical juridical researchwhich is field research (research on primary data), the nature of descriptiveresearch, research data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. DataCollection Methods or information that becomes the raw material for research tobe processed are data in the form of primary data from observations andinterviews and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research isqualitative analysis. Where according to Miles and Huberman (2010: 255)qualitative data analysis is about using words that are always arranged in anexpanded or described text.The results of the study show that the enforcement of criminal lawregarding the prevention of Covid-19 is seen from the point of view of accuracy,where this dimension is seen from the indicators of whether the enforcement ofcriminal law is Regional Regulation no. 2 of 2022 is one of the right ways tocreate a healthy community and not be infected with the Covid-19 virus. Untilnow, the implementation of the policy has not been in line with expectations,because it has not been implemented considering that it is still in the process ofsocialization. Then the obstacles faced include internal factors including the lackof health protocol law enforcement personnel and external including the lack ofknowledge and public awareness about the ignorance of education related to theseregulations.Keywords: Criminal Law Enforcement, Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2022concerning Corona Disease Handling 2019, Sragen Regency
