ANALISIS PENANGGULANGAN KEJAHATAN TERHADAP PENYEBARAN INFORMASI TRANSAKSI ELEKTRONIK YANG MENIMBULKAN RASA KEBENCIAN DAN PERMUSUHAN INDIVIDU ATAU KELOMPOK TERTENTU DI WILAYAH HUKUM POLRES BAUBAU

The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the prevention of crime againstthe dissemination of electronic transaction information that creates feelings of hatred and/orhostility to certain individuals and/or groups in the Baubau Police Legal Area, and 2) Todetermine the inhibiting factors for preventing crime against the dissemination of electronictransaction information. which creates feelings of hatred and/or hostility to certainindividuals and/or groups in the Baubau Police Legal Territory.The research method used is field research with qualitative descriptive methods,namely research intended to describe a problem (Suryabrata 1995: 18). electronic devicesthat cause feelings of hatred and/or hostility to certain individuals and/or groups in theBaubau Police Legal Area.The results of this study are: 1. Analysis of Crime Prevention Against theDissemination of Electronic Transaction Information that Causes Hatred and/or Hostilityto Certain Individuals and/or Groups in the Baubau Police Legal Area, in the form ofactions: a Pre-emptive, b. Preventive , and c. Repressive, and 2. Inhibiting Factors inCombating Crime Against the Dissemination of Electronic Transaction Information thatCauses Hatred and/or Hostility to Certain Individuals and/or Groups in the Legal Territoryof the Baubau Police, can be seen from various aspects, namely: a) Personnel Aspect, b)ITE Expert Aspect, c) Facilities and Infrastructure, d) Budget,(e) ITE Crime Actors and (e)Information Technology User Society.Keywords: Crime Prevention, Information Dissemination, Electronic Transactions, Hate,Hostility,
