PELAKSANAAN PENGUKURAN ULANG BATAS TANAH DALAM RANGKA PENGEMBALIAN BATAS KEPEMILIKAN BIDANG TANAH DI KANTOR PERTANAHAN KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR TAHUN 2018-2021

The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the implementation of remeasuringland ownership boundaries in order to restore land plot boundaries at theKaranganyar Regency Land Office. Reviewing and analyzing the obstacles thatoccur in the implementation of re-measuring land ownership boundaries in order torestore land plot boundaries at the Karanganyar Regency Land Office.Everylandowner is required to install and maintain the boundary signs of his land plot,because the boundary sign serves, among other things, to prevent disputes ordisputes in the future, by installing land boundary signs, landowners and borderingneighbors can clearly know the boundaries of their land plots.The method ofapproach in writing is sociological juridical. The specifics of this study useddescriptive analytics. The data source uses primary data and skunder data. Datacollection techniques use interview studies and documentation. To analyze the data,researchers use qualitative descriptive analysis methods.The implementation of the re-measurement of the land ownership limit inorder to restore the boundary of the land plot at the Karanganyar Regency LandOffice is carried out based on the application. The landowner or power of attorneysubmits an application to the Karanganyar Regency Land Office by paying the feeaccording to the PNBP. Then based on the application, a measurement task letter ismade and the measuring officer who is given a task letter makes a measurementschedule with the applicant. In carrying out their duties, the measuring officercarrying out the measurement of the return of the boundary of the land plot must becarried out in accordance with the measuring data recorded in the measuring figurearchive. This re-measurement is carried out with the consideration of providinglegal certainty and legal protection of the object of land rights. Legal certaintyregarding the object of land rights is certainty regarding location, boundaries, andarea. The obstacles that occur in the implementation of the re-measurement of landownership boundaries in order to restore the boundaries of land plots at theKaranganyar Regency Land Office are: 1) Obstacles from the KaranganyarRegency Land Office, namely the archive of measuring drawings, measurementdata in the measuring drawing archives are incomplete, and the lack of measuringofficers. 2) The obstacles of the community i.e. the busyness of the landowner andthe bordering neighbors to arrange the schedule for the implementation of themeasurement, the petitioner could not show the limit of land ownership. 3)Obstacles in the field, namely changes in physical conditions and soil boundariesin the field.Keywords: Re-measurement of land boundaries, return of ownership limits ofland plots
