HUBUNGAN ANTARA CALON LEGISLATIF DENGAN PARTAI POLITIK DALAM KAMPANYE PEMILU SERENTAK 2019

This study aims to (1) find out and examine how regional legislativecandidates in the 2019 simultaneous election campaign are bound to the policiesof the political party coalition in the President's choice. (2) To analyze thesanctions for legislative candidates or the nomination of political parties in theregions in campaigning if they are different from the party coalition.The research method used is normative legal research that isdescriptive analytical and the source of the data obtained is through legalmaterials as primary data, secondary data from books, laws and regulations andothers. This study uses qualitative data analysis.The results of the study show that the Jokowi-Maruf Coalition isineffective and has not fully implemented the policy line from the central party toparties in the regions, because the candidates for legislative members in thecoalition still distinguish between the presidential and legislative elections.Likewise, the leaders of political parties who are still counting on this coalitionthat are very profitable are the PDI party. With this, members of the legislativecandidates are not tied to the coalition of parties that carry Jokowi-Maruf.Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno Coalition. Very active in carrying out policiesfrom the central party and parties in the regions who in coalition are very active incampaigning to win Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga uno, in the 2019 simultaneouselections. Because of this coalition, members of legislative candidates campaignaccording to the orders of the party that carries Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga uno .in the Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno coalition.
