PENEGAKAN HUKUM BAGI SISWA PENDIDIKAN PENGEMBANGAN SPESIALISASI KEPOLISIAN NEGARA REPUBLIK INDONESIA YANG MELAKUKAN TINDAK PIDANA: (Studi Kasus Pusat Pendidikan Pembinaan Masyarakat Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia)

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze law enforcementagainst Police Specialization Development Education students who commitcriminal acts, and to examine and analyze sanctions given to Police SpecializationDevelopment Education students who commit criminal acts.This research is motivated more and more here as technologicaldevelopments are more advanced, more and more violations with different modesare carried out by students of specialization development education (Dikbangspes)at this Community Development Education Center. According to data from thestudent development division, violations in the last three years were dominated byminor violations such as sleeping during class hours, being late for apples, until thediscovery of serious violations such as drug use.The type of research used is a case study, the nature of the research isdescriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects used were students of PoliceSpecialization Development Education at the Center for Community DevelopmentEducation and Training Institute for the Indonesian National Police. The techniqueof taking the subject used snow ball sampling and purposive sampling. Thematerials used are primary and secondary materials. Methods of data collectionusing observation, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis techniques with aqualitative approach.The results of the study show that the law enforcement process for studentsof Police Specialist Development Education (Dikbangspes) Bintara Binmas Gel. 1T.A. 2019 who committed a criminal offense in the case of a serious violation ofPerdupsis, on behalf of Miadi Wijayanto with a nosis 2019.04.008.199 2nd platoonof BA POLMAS, originating from the dispatch of the Yogyakarta Special RegionRegional Police, namely based on legal facts both through witness statements,information from the examinee, and goods proof. Sanctions given to PoliceSpecialization Development Education students who commit criminal acts arepunitive sanctions in the form of dismissal or expulsion from the teaching andlearning process at the National Police Specialist Development Education School(Dikbangspes) Bintara Binmas for violating Perdupsis.Keywords: Law Enforcement Process, Crime, Giving Sanctions.
