IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN PEMERINTAH PENGGANTI UNDANGUNDANG NO. 1 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG KEBIJAKAN KEUANGAN NEGARA DAN STABILITAS SISTEM KEUANGAN UNTUK PENANGANAN PANDEMI COVID- 19: (Studi Kasus di Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas II Klaten)

The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the implementation ofGovernment Regulation In lieu of Law No. 1 of 2020 on State Financial Policy andFinancial System Stability for handling the Covid-19 Pandemic in Class II KlatenCorrectional Center. Reviewing and analyzing what obstacles occurred in theimplementation of Government Regulation In lieu of Law No. 1 of 2020 on StateFinancial Policy and Financial System Stability for the Handling of the Covid-19Pandemic in Class II Klaten Correctional Center.To deal with the impact of Covid-19, the government immediately took animportant step by issuing a Government Regulation in Lieu of the Law of the Republicof Indonesia (Perppu) No. 1 of 2020. In perppu explained that there are changes to thebudget deficit limit, regulations on tax incentives and facilities for the business world,as well as alternative sources of funding for the state budget.The method of approach in this writing is sociological juridical. Thespecifications of this study use descriptive. Data sources use primary data and skunderdata. Data collection techniques use interview studies and document studies. Toanalyze the data, researchers use qualitative descriptive analysis methods.Implementation of Government Regulation In lieu of Law No. 1 of 2020 on StateFinancial Policy and Financial System Stability for Handling the Covid-19 Pandemicin Class II Klaten Correctional Center is as follows: The communication process iscarried out by socializing in a tiered manner less effectively, because staff employeeswho do not participate in socialization so as not to understand the content of theregulation. The aspect of resources in is good, it can be seen from the number ofemployees of Bapas Class II Klaten which is sufficient, which is as many as 36 people,the level of education of high employees is the average educated S1 and S2. Aspectsof the disposition or attitude of Class II Klaten Fathers in the implementation ofGovernment Regulation In lieu of Law No. 1 of 2020 are good, where the employeesof Bapas Class II Klaten receive and carry out government regulations as well aspossible. Aspects of the bureaucratic structure are good, where Bapas Class II Klatenalready has an organizational structure and the division of duties and authorities of eachemployee.
