The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of guidance andsupervision of clients who get assimilation programs at home in order to prevent andcounter the spread of Covid 19 in Class II Klaten Correctional Center. Analyze theobstacles faced by Community Supervisors in the implementation of guidance andsupervision of clients who get assimilation programs at home in order to prevent andcounter the spread of Covid 19 in Class II Klaten Correctional Center.The Covid-19 pandemic with increasingly increasing casualties, impacting theimplementation of the judicial process in Indonesia. This also happens in the processof guidance of correctional clients. During the Covid-19 pandemic the mentoringprocess was carried out online. This is done in order to comply with the government'scall to implement physical restrictions (physical distancing) which is to maintainphysical distance between humans. The purpose of online guidance is to minimize therisk of Covid-19 transmission. This action is considered effective enough to reduce thecrowd in one place including in terms of the implementation of guidance.The method of approach in this writing is sociological juridical. Thespecifications of this study use descriptive. Data sources use primary data and skunderdata. Data collection techniques use interview studies and document studies. Toanalyze the data, researchers use qualitative descriptive analysis methods.The implementation of guidance during the pandemic has more or lessundergone various changes. This is closely related to the highly restricted process ofdirect interaction between clients and Bapas officers. During the pandemic, all stagesof the client mentoring process are carried out online (online). Guidance is doneregularly once a week through the whatsapp application. Correctional clients arerequired to contact PK officers for guidance.The obstacles faced by community supervisors in the implementation ofguidance and supervision of clients who get assimilation programs at home in order toprevent and counter the spread of Covid 19 in Klaten Class II Correctional Center areas follows: limited information (phone number and guarantor's home address), thecommunication media (HP or smartphone) owned by the client, the lack of PKdiscipline will be important in making a Development Report.
