KAJIAN PARADIGMATIK MENGENAI UU NO. 2 TAHUN 2011 SEBAGAI PERUBAHAN ATAS UU NO. 2 TAHUN 2008 TENTANG PARTAI POLITIK DALAM PERSPEKTIF KETAHANAN NASIONAL DI INDONESIA

The unstable position of political parties, noise in the election process, the manypractices of “Money Politics”, conflicts of interest that make internal politicalparties absurd so that there is dualism in leadership in political party organizations,making political parties fragile and vulnerable to infiltration from internal andexternal parties, even the rulers (execuitive power) often intervene in the positionof political parties, in addition to buying and sellingseats of Parliament and regionalheads or political downries in every election and regional election event inIndonesia.Abviously this situation is very dangerous and a threat to resiliencesystem. Nationally in our country, because the organization of Political Parties isthe foundation, main pillar, and also the driving force of democracy in the unitarystate of the Republic of Indoneisa, there needs to be a party regulation that isGuaranteed, Measurable, and Directed (3T). The Position of political parties sincethe reform era up to now still seems unprofessional.the author conducted researchusing normative legal research methods combined with the result of aparadigmaticstudy on the role of political party regulation from the beginning ofour independence until the issuance of Constitution No. 2 of 2011 on changeConstitution No. 2 of 2008 concerning political parties. It turns out that the resulthave not been able to strengthen and guarantee National Stability and Resilience inour country. Stronger and more dynamic party regulations are needed in order tosupport and realize the national development contained in the ideals of the 1945Constitution, as well as create and form a capable and healthy political party byprioritizing the democratic principle of Pancasila so that it is hoped that in the futurePolitical Parties will become role model for the life of democracy and civilizationfor generations to come.
