PENERAPAN SANKSI E-TILANG BAGI PELANGGARAN LALU LINTAS BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 22 TAHUN 2009 TENTANG LALU LINTAS DAN ANGKUTAN JALAN DI WILAYAH HUKUM SATLANTAS POLRES SUKOHARJO

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of e-ticket sanctions fortraffic violations based on law number 22 of 2009 concerning road traffic andtransportation.The method of approach in this writing is empirical juridical. The specification ofthis research uses analytical descriptive. Sources of data using primary andsecondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, anddocumentation. To analyze the data, the researcher used a qualitative descriptiveanalysis method.Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the implementation of theE-ticket sanctions system in the application of the E-ticket sanctions for trafficviolations in the Sukoharjo Police jurisdiction was in accordance with the Law ofthe Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and RoadTransportation. The E-ticket application is integrated with the court andprosecutor's office. The judge will give the verdict, and the prosecutor will executethe verdict. The ticketing process is based on the results of CCTV footage that hasbeen installed at several points in Sukoharjo Regency.Keywords: Application of E-Ticket Sanctions, Traffic Violations.
