đ Abstract
The purpose of this legal research is to examine the obstacles in the evidentiaryprocess in court and how the judges base their considerations in deciding a criminalcase in the form of a court decision handed down on a criminal case with thedefendant JUPRI by the Assembly. The judge of the Sleman District Court, whowas legally proven and believed that the judge had violated the crime of ITE(prostitution through electronic media) in which there was an element of intent.
