PENERAPAN SANKSI PIDANA TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA YANG MENYEBABKAN KORBAN MENINGGAL: (Studi Kasus Putusan XX/Pid.Sus/XXXX/PN Sgn)

The purpose of this study is to examine the application of material criminal law andthe judge's considerations in imposing a sentence on cases of Domestic Violencecommitted by children against biological mothers in criminal cases no.XX/Pid.Sus/XXXX/PN Sgn. The type of research is normative juridical. The natureof descriptive research. Data collection techniques using literature study. The dataanalysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the analysisshow that the application of legal sanctions by the judges of the Sragen DistrictCourt to the Defendant who has been legally and convincingly proven guilty ofcommitting a criminal act of Physical Violence in the Household Resulting in theDeath of the Victim, imposed a sentence on the Defendant with imprisonment for7 (seven) years. The judge's consideration in making a decision on the criminal actof Physical Violence in the Household That Caused the Death of the Victim indecision no.
