The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the implementation of childassistance at the Police level by the Community Guide of Class II KlatenCorrectional Center. Reviewing and analyzing the obstacles that occur in theimplementation of child assistance at the Police level by the Community Supervisorof Class II Klaten Correctional Center.Community Guidance assistance is carried out when the child suspectundergoes examination by investigators (making child BAP), following thediversion process that has been established by the Police by assisting the childduring the diversion process, signing the diversion event news file that has beenmade, and examination in the trial if indeed the legal process must reach the Courtstage.The method of approach in this writing is sociological juridical. Thespecifications of this study use descriptive. Data sources use primary data andskunder data. Data collection techniques use interview studies and documentstudies. To analyze the data, researchers use qualitative descriptive analysismethods.The implementation of child assistance at the Police level by the CommunitySupervisor of The Class II Klaten Correctional Center is to make a communityresearch report for the benefit of Diversi, also for the purposes of investigation,prosecution and trial in child cases, both inside and outside the court. Obstacles inthe implementation of child assistance at the Police level by The Community Guideof The Class II Klaten Correctional Center are: The working area of each Bapas istoo wide, so that the distance between the client's residence and the Father's Officeis very far, the number of community supervisors is not balanced with the amountof work that must be done for the benefit of PK duties.
