PENYELESAIAN PELANGGARAN ADMINISTRASI PADA PEMILIHAN UMUM DI KABUPATEN PONOROGO

The background of this research is due to administrative election violationsthat occurred during the 2019 Election in Ponorogo. Election Administrativeviolations often occur during the Election, even though Bawasluand KPU haveconducted socialization to reducethe number ofElection administrative violation.In accordance with Bawaslu Regulation Number 8 of 2018 concerning theSettlement of Eletion Administrative Violations, Election administrativeviolations fall under the authority of Bawaslu, Provincial Bawaslu, andregency/City bawaslu.The aim of the research is to find out how to resolve administrativeElection violations based on Bawaslu Regulation Number 8 of 2018 concerningResolution of Election Administrative Violation. This is to find out how to resolveadministrative Election violations according to positive law.The research method used is a qualitative method and the type of fieldresearch. Data colletion techniques used in this study were observation,interviews, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification.The results of this study indicate that ; 1) The settlement of administrativeviolations for the 2019 Election in Ponorogo was carried out through a writtenwarning which was a Bawaslu decision for APK violators but still not obeyed. 2)Obstacles to resolving administrative violations for the 2019 Election Election inPonorogo Regency occur in the lack of uniform understanding of violationsbetween Bawaslu, the Attorney General’s Office and the Police whoa aremembers of Gakkumdu as the entry point for resolving Election Violations.Keyword :Bawaslu, Administrative Violation Resolution, and Eletion
