📄 Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the obstacles encountered byinvestigators in order to provide legal protection for child victims of sexual crimerape mandated by law. This is because there are still many child victims of crimewho do not receive adequate legal protection. The method in this research isempirical juridical legal research that examines the implementation orimplementation of positive legal provisions factually at the level of investigation.The results showed that the Police encountered obstacles that could cause theSukoharjo Police to not be able to provide maximum legal protection inaccordance with statutory orders.Keywords: Legal protection of child victims of rape at the level of investigation
