PELAKSANAAN PENDAFTARAN PERALIHAN HAK MILIK ATAS TANAH KARENA WARISAN BERDASARKAN PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 24 TAHUN 1997 TENTANG PENDAFTARAN TANAH: (Studi Kasus Di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Salatiga)

This study is to analyze the implementation and obstacles in theimplementation of the registration of the transfer of ownership of land due toinheritance based on Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerningland registration in the Salatiga City Land Office. The research method used isa sociological juridical approach. The location of this research is the SalatigaCity Land Office. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation,and study of documents. Data analysis techniques using an interactive analysismodel.The results of the author's study found that there are still many Salatigaresidents in registering the transfer of ownership rights to their land not inaccordance with applicable regulations, the heirs do not immediately registerthe transfer of ownership rights to the land within 6 months after their parentshave died. The absence of strict sanctions for delays in registering the transferof ownership rights over land because the inheritance of some people becomesindifferent, the stupid time to register the transfer of ownership rights to theirland.Keywords : Implementation of Registration of Transfer of Land Rights,Inheritance.
