SINKRONISASI ANTARA PERATURAN DAERAH KABUPATEN NGAWI NOMOR 35 TAHUN 2011 TENTANG PENGELOLAAN,PEMBINAAN DAN PENATAAN PASAR DENGAN PERATURAN PRESIDEN NOMOR 112 TAHUN 2007 TENTANG PENATAAN DAN PEMBINAAN PASAR TRADISIONAL PUSAT PERBELANJAAN DAN TOKO MODERN

The purpose of the study was to find out how the synchronizationbetween the Ngawi Regency Regional Regulation Number 35 of 2011concerning Market Management, Development and Arrangement with thePresidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007 concerning Traditional MarketArrangement and Development for Modern Shopping Centers and Stores.This research was conducted using an empirical juridical approach.Sources of data in this study using secondary data and primary data. Secondarydata obtained through library research and primary data obtained throughresearch in the field. The data collection method used in this research is to useinterviews. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative.Based on the results of research and discussion on synchronizationbetween Regional Regulation No. 35 of 2011 and Presidential Decree No. 112of 2007, there has been synchronization. Because the meaning contained in theNgawi Regency Regional Regulation Number 35 of 2011 states that MarketManagement, Development and Arrangement aims to provide protection totraders and market business actors and in structuring the location for theestablishment of traditional and modern markets, it is obligatory to refer to theRegency spatial plan, and Detailed Regency Spatial Planning, including zoningregulations, then in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007 in Guiding theGovernment and Regional Governments either individually or jointly inaccordance with their respective fields of duty to carry out guidance andsupervision of Traditional Markets, Shopping Centers and Shops Modern.Keywords: Synchronization, Management, Coaching, Setup
