This study aims to determine the condition of labor inspection inKaranganyar Regency by the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives,Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Karanganyar Regency, especially todetermine the outsourcing system; There are still problems that occur, includingthe absence of social security, wages below the UMK and the placement ofoutsourced workers that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations,making outsourced workers lose their basic rights. This method of writingscientific papers uses legal writing. juridical-empirical, with interviews anddirect field reviews.The results of the writing indicate that: First, second, efforts to optimizethe supervision of outsourcing systems that are oriented towards OutsourcingWorker Rights can be carried out through integrated labor law enforcement withqualified human resources and facilities from the Related Services. Supervisionof the outsourcing system must emphasize protection (to protect), to fulfill, andto respect (to be more optimal). Therefore, it requires concrete steps in labor lawenforcement.
