PENEGAKAN HUKUM KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS YANG BERAKIBAT FATAL: (Studi Kasus Polres Semarang)

Traffic violations in Indonesia is very high can be seen from the manyincidents of traffic accidents in the field that even dominant more severe injuriesand death victims of minor injuries. While the law enforcement against trafficviolations has not been able to run properly. The purpose of this research is toknow the enforcement of traffic accidents that have fatal consequences, especiallyin the jurisdiction of the police of Semarang, and to know the factors of thebarriers faced by the police in the Act Criminal traffic accident is fatal inSemarang police jurisdiction. This research is a normative legal study using thesociological normative approach method.The results of this study showed that the settlement of traffic offenses inSemarang police area is still a lot of traffic accidents with the dominant victimsdied it shows fatal consequences that can make life drift and belongs to thecategory of heavy traffic accidents.
