PENGATURAN ORGANISASI KEMASYARAKATAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI KESBANGPOL KABUPATEN BOYOLALI: (Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2017 Tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2013 Tentang Organisasi Kemasyarakatan)

This study aims to determine the organization of CBOs registered in theKesbangpol Boyolali regency based on Law Number 16 of 2017. This research isan empirical juridical research that analyzes the problem by integrating legalmaterials (which are secondary data with primary data obtained in the field ).This research was conducted by reviewing the rules and literaturecontaining theoretical concepts which are then linked to the results of fieldinterviews.Research results (1) The implementation of CBOs in accordance with LawNo. 16 of 2017 is carried out by the Kesbangpol Boyolali Regency throughmonitoring and checking by the integrated team referred to as "monitoring andevaluation" is early detection, early warning and early prevention; (2) Supervisionis carried out by an Integrated Team. Supervision by the integrated team isexpected to be able to minimize the phenomenon of CBOs that are not inaccordance with the provisions of the legislation and can achieve the objectives ofthe supervision itself (3) New regulations related to SKT issuance regulations inaccordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 57 of 2017concerning the procedures for registration and information systems which beforethe regulation of SKT issuance was initially carried out by the Provincial orDistrict / City Kesbangpol.Keywords: Kesbangpol, community organizations
