KAJIAN EMPIRIS TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN BARANG SITAAN NEGARA DAN BARANG RAMPASAN NEGARA HASIL TINDAK PIDANA DI RUMAH PENYIMPANAN BENDA SITAAN NEGARA KELAS I SURAKARTA

This study aims to determine how the Implementation of LawEnforcement on the Management of State Confiscated Goods / State ConfiscatedGoods in the House of Class I Confiscated State I Surakarta has gone well or notand to find out any obstacles in Law Enforcement on Management of StateConfiscated Goods / Confiscated Goods Countries In Class I Confiscated StateStorage House Surakarta.This research is a type of empirical / sociological legal research andwhen viewed from the nature of the study, including descriptive research. Thelocation of the research was the Class I Confiscated State Storage House inSurakarta. The type of data used includes primary data and secondary data. Datacollection techniques used are interviews, literature studies in the form oflegislation, books, journals and other documents that are relevant and related tothe writing of this law. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis.The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of LawEnforcement on the Management of State Confiscated Goods / State ConfiscatedGoods in the House of Class I Confiscated State I Surakarta has been going wellwith the fulfillment of legal substance aspects in the form of a set of rulesgoverning the management of state confiscated goods and state confiscated goods,aspects of the legal structure with the formation of the composition andorganizational structure in the State Class I Confiscated Storage House inSurakarta and the fulfillment of legal culture aspects involving the role of lawenforcement officials in the management of state confiscated goods and statebooty and there are still obstacles to Law Enforcement on the Management ofState Confiscated Goods / State Appropriation of Goods in the House ofConfiscation of Class I Confiscated State Surakarta in the form of an arrangementfor the time period for the confiscation of state confiscated goods, the echelonlevel of the head of the Rupbasan office, the absence of experts certified in thevaluation ita, limited storage warehouses and no processing of state confiscatedgoods entrusted by the requester.Keywords: State Confiscated Object Storage House, Law Enforcement, Obstacles
