KAJIAN TENTANG HAK HAK ANAK SEBAGAI PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA PENGANIAYAAN PADA TINGKAT PENYIDIKAN: (Studi Kasus di Polres Wonogiri)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the fulfillment of the rights ofchildren who have become suspects in the persecution case at Wonogiri RegionalPolice Station and determine the obstacles.The research method consists of: normative juridical research type,descriptive research nature. The type of data needed is secondary data, while themethod of data analysis is done in a qualitative juridical manner.The results showed that the fulfillment of the rights of child suspects inthe cases discussed had been fulfilled by law enforcement officials. This right isthe right to legal assistance. Apart from that it is the right to give informationfreely. Barriers that exist in general are infrastructure facilities such as rooms thatonly have 1 (one) room, do not have special rooms for children. Child detentionrooms are still mixed with adult prisoners, computer facilities are still selfsupporting,transportation barriers. In addition, there are also obstacles related tohuman resources that do not have special investigators for children.Keywords: Child Suspect Rights, Crime of Persecution, Investigation.
