Peningkatan Pengetahuan Bahaya Hipertensi Dengan Edukasi Pada Ibu Pra Lansia di Dusun Bangunsari

📄 Abstract
Latar belakang: Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi penyebab utama kematian yang mengancam seluruh dunia, karena itu penyakit hipertensi masih menjadi prioritas dunia di dalam dunia Kesehatan. Pralansia sering mengalami hipertensi, dan tekanan sistoliknya biasanya meningkat. Batasan hipertensi menunjukkan bahwa 23% wanita pralansia dan 14% pria berusia lebih dari 65 tahun mengalami hipertensi. Hipertensi meningkatkan risiko berbagai komplikasi pada pralansia. Wanita pralansia yang menderita hipertensi memiliki risiko stroke yang paling tinggi.Tujuan: Meningkatkan pengetahuan pola hidup berbasis sehat warga Dusun Bangunsari, Desa Badran,Kecamatan Kranggan,Kabupaten Temanggung agar dapat mencegah penyakit hipertensi. Metode: : Penelitian ini dilakukan secara observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan tujuan mengetahui status kesehatan pada warga dusun bangunsari. Sampel penelitian ini adalah bagian dari populasi yang ditentukan dengan teknik proporsional random sampling dan mendapatkan hasil sebanyak 112 sampel. Variabel yang diteliti terdiri dari variabel terikat yaitu kejadian hipertensi dan variabel bebas yaitu aktivitas fisik. Hasil: Hasil dari intervensi program senam bersama dan pengecekan tekanan darah yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi faktor risiko hipertensi, hasil penyuluhan yang kami dapat adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap penyakit hipertensi. menunjukkan bahwa p-value untuk skor pre-test 0,002 dan p-value skor post-test 0,000 dan menunjukkan p-value 0,003 yang mempunyai makna terdapat perbedaan skor pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah adanya penyuluhan. Kesimpulan: Hasil intervensi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya rokok, pentingnya pemeriksaan tekanan darah, manfaat aktivitas fisik, dan pola makan sehat pada warga Dusun Bangunsari.

Abstract
Backgorund: Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases that is the main cause of death threatening the whole world, therefore hypertension is still a world priority in the world of health. Pralansia often has hypertension, and their systolic pressure is usually elevated. The limitations of hypertension show that 23% of pralansia women and 14% of men aged over 65 years have hypertension. Hypertension increases the risk of various complications in the elderly. Elderly women who suffer from hypertension have the highest risk of stroke. Objective: To increase the knowledge of healthy lifestyle of Bangunsari Hamlet residents, Badran Village, Kranggan District, Temanggung Regency in order to prevent hypertension. Method: This study was conducted observational with a cross-sectional approach with the aim of knowing the health status of residents of Bangunsari hamlet. The sample of this study was part of the population determined by proportional random sampling technique and obtained results as many as 112 samples. The variables studied consisted of the dependent variable, namely the incidence of hypertension and the independent variable, namely physical activity. Result: The results of the joint gymnastics program intervention and blood pressure checking which aims to reduce the risk factors for hypertension, the results of the counseling that we get are increasing community knowledge of hypertension. shows that the p-value for the pre-test score is 0.002 and the p-value for the post-test score is 0.000 and shows a p-value of 0.003 which means that there is a difference in knowledge scores before and after counseling. Conclusion: The results of the intervention showed that there was an increase in knowledge and public awareness about the dangers of smoking, the importance of blood pressure checks, the benefits of physical activity, and a healthy diet in Bangunsari Hamlet residents.
