Upaya Pencegahan Demam Berdarah Dengue Melalui Pelatihan Kader Jumantik dan Kegiatan Bersih Desa di Dusun Tambakrejo

📄 Abstract
Latar Belakang: Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh infeksi virus dengue yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Demam berdarah dengue menjadi masalah yang erat kaitannya dengan masalah perilaku. Tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap perilaku masyarakat memegang peranan penting dalam pencegahan dan penurunan kasus DBD. Tujuan: Menurunkan angka kesakitan DBD melalui upaya pelatihan kader jumantik dan kegiatan bersih desa. Metode: Deskriptif observational yang dilakukan pada Januari-Februari tahun 2023. Populasi yaitu seluruh warga yang ada di Dusun Tambakrejo yaitu sebanyak 288 warga. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil sebesar 220 warga Dusun Tambakrejo. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Hasil: Berdasarkan data yang ditemukan dilapangan terdapat 5 masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi meliputi hipertensi (15,5 %), DBD (4,5%), stroke (3,2%), ISPA (2,3%), dan gastritis (1,4%). Kegiatan pembentukan kader dihasilkan 11 kader yang merupakan perwakilan dari masing-masing RT. Kegiatan yang kedua yaitu kegiatan bersih desa yang diikuti oleh seluruh warga. Kesimpulan: Sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan penyampaian materi kepada kader jumantik diketahui bahwa terdapat peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan sebesar (81.8%).

Dengue hemorrhagic fever is a problem that is closely related to behavioral problems. The level of knowledge and behavioral attitudes of the community play an important role in preventing and reducing dengue cases. Objective: Reducing DHF morbidity rates through Health Volunteer training and village clean-up activities. Method: Descriptive observational conducted in January-February 2023. The population is all residents in Tambakrejo Village, namely 288 residents. Sample calculations used the Slovin formula with results of 220 residents of Tambakrejo Village. The sampling method uses random sampling. Result: Based on data found in the field, 5 health problems often occur, including hypertension (15.5%), dengue fever (4.5%), stroke (3.2%), ISPA (2.3%), and gastritis (1, 4%). The activity to form health volunteers produced 11 volunteers who were representatives from each residence. The second activity is a village cleanup activity which is participated in by all residents.. Conclusion: Before and after being given training in delivering material to Jumantik health volunteers, it was found that there was an increase in the level of knowledge by (81.8%).
