Pelaksanaan Program Gerakan Satu Rumah Satu Jumantik di Daerah Endemis Tertinggi DBD Kota Semarang

Latar belakang: Gerakan 1 Rumah 1 Petugas Pemantau Jentik (G1R1J) merupakan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang melibatkan keluarga dalam upaya pencegahan, pengendalian, pemantauan, pemeriksaan, dan pemberantasan jentik nyamuk. Gerakan ini dilakukan untuk mengendalikan penyakit yang ditularkan melalui vektor khususnya DBD melalui PSN 3M Plus. Puskesmas Kedungmundu melaporkan kasus DBD tertinggi di Kota Semarang. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program Gerakan 1 Rumah 1 Kelambu Nyamuk di wilayah Puskesmas Kedungmundu Semarang. Metode: Pengabdian menggunakan metode wawancara dalam pengumpulan data meliputi komponen input, proses, dan output. Informan utama adalah pemegang program DBD. Informasi yang digali tentang kasus DBD dan nilai ABJ. Data akan diinterpretasikan dalam bentuk grafik dan analisis data menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman. Hasil: Komponen sumber daya manusia, dana, sarana prasarana, dan metode berada pada kategori cukup baik. Pelaksanaan, pelaporan, dan pengecekan program juga cukup baik dan telah sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis. Kinerja kegiatan kader masih belum optimal. Pelaksanaan program difokuskan pada pembentukan Petugas Pemantau Jentik (Jumantik). Output cakupan pelaksanaan PSN 3M Plus sebesar 100% sedangkan nilai capaian ABJ ≥ 95%. Nilai capaian ini menggambarkan kondisi yang optimal, namun pelaporan data ABJ belum disampaikan secara rutin. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan program G1R1J dari sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana, dana, dan metode, proses pelaksanaan, serta output sudah cukup baik. Masih perlu adanya optimalisasi pelatihan dan sosialisasi kepada kader dan masyarakat.

Abstract
Background: The '1 House, 1 Monitoring Officer of Larvae' (G1R1J) movement is a community empowerment activity that involves families in efforts to prevent, control, monitor, examine, and eradicate mosquito larvae. This movement is carried out to control vector-borne diseases, especially dengue fever, through the 3M Plus PSN. Kedungmundu Community Health Center reported the highest number of dengue fever cases in Semarang City. Objective: To determine the implementation of the 1 House 1 Mosquito Net Movement program in the Kedungmundu Community Health Center area of Semarang. Method: An interview was conducted in this community service for data collection, including input, process, and output components. The main informant is the DHF program holder. Information extracted about DHF cases and ABJ values. Data will be interpreted in graphical form and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method. Result: The components of human resources, funds, infrastructure, and methods are in the fairly good category. The implementation, reporting, and checking of the program are also quite good and have complied with technical instructions. The performance of cadre activities is still not optimal. Program implementation focused on the formation of Larva Monitoring Officers (Jumantik). The coverage of the 3M Plus National Mosquito Net (PSN) program reached 100%, while the ABJ (National Mosquito Net) achievement score was ≥ 95%. This achievement score reflects optimal conditions, but ABJ data reporting has not been submitted routinely. Conclusion: The implementation of the G1R1J program, in terms of human resources, infrastructure, funding, methods, implementation processes, and outputs, is quite good. Optimization of training and outreach to cadres and the community is still needed.
