Pengembangan Skill dan Produktivitas Terhadap UMKM Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Jatipecaron, Kecamatan Gubug, Kabupaten Grobogan:

📄 Abstract
Latar belakang: Berdasarkan analisis situasi di Desa Jatipecaron, Kecamatan Gubug, Kabupaten Grobogan terdapat permasalahan masih rendahnya pengembangan usaha UMKM dan relatif masih jalan di tempat ( stagnan ) dimasa pandemi covid-19. Tujuan: Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan skill untuk menunjang usaha kepada masyarakat di Desa Jatipecaron perlu dilakukan kegiatan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan dan pengembangan. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah dilaksanakan dengan melakukan metode survei lokasi, persiapan materi dan bekal pendampingan. Hasil: Sosialisasi kewirausahaan dapat membangkitkan ekonomi ditengah kondisi new normal pasca covid-19 dan memberikan dampak positif dalam pengembangan dunia usaha. Kesimpulan: Pengembangan usaha setelah pandemi covid-19 melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat Desa Jatipecaron.

Abstract
Background: Based on an analysis of the situation in Jatipecaron Village, Gubug District, Grobogan Regency, there are problems with the low level of UMKM business development and relatively still running in place (stagnant) during the pandemic covid-19. Objective: To increase productivity and skills to support business for the community in Jatipecaron Village, activities need to be carried out through training, mentoring and development. Methods: This service activity has been carried out by conducting a site survey method, preparing materials and providing assistance. Result: Entrepreneurship socialization can revive the economy in the midst of new normal conditions post-covid-19 and have a positive impact on the development of the business world. Conclusion: Business development after the covid-19 pandemic through community service activities can increase economic income and meet the needs of the Jatipecaron Village community.
