Abstract
Background: Ngroto Village is one of the villages located in Gubug District, Grobogan Regency. This village has two great potentials that still need to be further developed. The potential is that there are several home industries for tempe processing (in the form of tempe chips and tempe buntel). From this condition, the author took the initiative to form a community movement for the development of village products through product branding. Methods: the methods used in the implementation of the activities are meetings with local residents, development of tempe processing industrial centers, and evaluation. Results: This activity was carried out in stages, namely: first, socialization was carried out to home industry owners so that they understood and were able to implement hygiene and sanitation in production activities. Second, product innovation socialization aims to provide knowledge about innovation, which is expected to become a more varied product, and third, training for making brand design concepts. Conclusion: There is an increase in public awareness of the potential that exists in the village. Insights and motivation of producers also increase in packaging and innovating their respective products.
