Abstract
Background: Prevention is the key to the successful transmission of the coronavirus and its variants. The pandemic has a negative impact on society such as stress, excessive workload, and lack of understanding of personal health. Self-care is an option to minimize the negative impact of the pandemic. Ketitang Village, Nogosari, Boyolali is a village with a low risk of Covid-19 transmission, efforts and innovation are needed to maintain this condition through self-care with health protocol education and community-based health service campaigns. Objective: so that people make efforts to self-care independently so that they can maintain their life, health, and well-being. Methods: The activity is carried out in 3 stages, the first stage is socialization, education, and health service campaigns to members of the Village Health Forum (FKD) online. program for ±3 months, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation of activities. Results: There was an increase in participants' understanding by 42,11%, an activity program was formed under the name Gotong Royong which included self-care socialization activities delivered by FKD members to the community along with mentoring. Conclusion: FKD members and the community can understand self-care and do it independently through the Covid-19 prevention mutual cooperation program and assistance by FKD members. It is hoped that the role of the Puskesmas will increase to introduce self-care to health cadres and the community.
