HUBUNGAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KEPATUHAN LATIHAN PASIEN POST OP FRAKTUR DI RSUD DR. H. MOCH. ANSARI SALEH

📄 Abstract

Background: Fracture is a break in the continuity of bone tissue, which can be caused by a traumatic condition in the bone, causing a broken bone condition. WHO noted that in 2019 the incidence of fractures was around 15 million people with a prevalence rate of 3.2%. In Indonesia, fracture cases that often occur are fractures of 42%, humerus fractures of 17%, tibia and fibula fractures of 14% in 2019. The importance of emphasizing educational actions as part of health education at this stage is to ensure that patients receive clear information and build confidence, so that they can reduce anxiety and worries that may be felt.
Objective: To determine the relationship between self-efficacy and exercise compliance in post-op fracture patients.
Method: The type of research used is quantitative research with a cross-sectional design, a sample size of 20 respondents with a total sampling technique. This study uses univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi square test.
Results: The results of the bivariate analysis showed a p-value of 0.014 (<0.05) which means that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and exercise compliance in post-op fracture patients at Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Hospital.
Conclusion: This study shows that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and exercise compliance in post-op fracture patients at Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin.
