PENERAPAN TEKNIK BIOLOGIC NURTURING BABY LEDFEEDING PADA IBU POST PARTUM SECTIO CAESAREA DENGAN MASALAH KETIDAKNYAMANAN DI RSU SIAGA MEDIKA BANYUMAS

Background: Surgical birth (sectio caesarea) is the main choice among modern women. Even though it is considered safe, many mothers experience post-operative pain which can interfere with the mother's recovery and comfort in caring for the baby. It is important to identify effective interventions to address this problem. Appropriate interventions are necessary to help mothers feel more comfortable and support their recovery process. One approach that is starting to be widely implemented is the Biologic Nurturing Baby Led Feeding method. Objective: This study aims to implement and provide nursing care that can increase comfort and reduce pain for mothers after caesarean surgery in RSU Siaga Medika Banyumas. Method: The method used was a case study conducted on two participants who experienced discomfort after caesarean section. Interventions include pain assessment and application of Biologic Nurturing Baby LedFeeding, as well as collaboration in administering analgesics. Results: After was given the Biologic Nurturing Baby LedFeeding breastfeeding position for 30 minutes scale of pain having decrease, in client 1 it was able to reduce the pain scale from 5 to 3, in client 2 scale from 5 to 2. Conclusion: the application of the Biologic Nurturing Baby LedFeeding position was effective in reducing discomfort due to post operative pain in post cesarean mothers in RSU Siaga Medika Banyumas.
