Sanana adalah ibu kota dari Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula di Maluku Utara, Indonesia. Kota ini adalah hasil pemekaran wilayah yang berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2003.
