This paper investigates the antecedents and consequences of customerloyalty in an online business-to-consumer (B2C) context. We identifyeight factors (the 8Cs— customization, contact interactivity, care,community, convenience, cultivation, choice, and character) thatpotentially impact e-loyalty.
