Laju pertumbuhan penduduk tahun ke tahun mengalami kenaikan. Jumlah penduduk Kecamatan Bulu sekitar 37.265 jiwa dengan jumlah laki-laki sekitar 18.834 dan 18.431 jiwa dari jumlah perempuan.
